The project consisted of Interior Architectural Design-full remodelling, loft conversion, basement and rear extension. FF&E, complete bathroom and kitchen renovation, bespoke joinery package, window dressing, garden design.
The concept-Remodel and modernise this 7-bedroom property in Highgate, North London, creating a comfortable, practical, light and spacious, contemporary home for a family of 6.
The project will be completed in early 2020- a modern, very high-tech yet sophisticated and elegant home, where the family can spend time together and host many unforgettable events.

Concept development-choose design direction for various spaces throughout the house-Master Bathroom, Master Bedroom, Boys Bedroom, Library, Kitchen and Reception Area, Entrance and Hallway. Specifying possible colour schemes, materials and finishes.

Prepare presentation materials, explaining the rationale behind concept and ideas. Utilising presentation tools such as inspiration mood boards, sketches, 2d and 3d drawings, CGI renders.

Sampling-create presentation boards for the client to understand the selected scheme, sourcing finishing samples for every item.

Producing lighting and electric plans and specifications, bathroom and tiling layouts and specifications, ironmongery specifications, ceiling design and plans-2D and 3D.
